Shipping Policies

  • To ensure that your order reaches you fast and good condition, we used to ship only through reputed courier companies.
  • We are trying our best to complete your order with all the items as soon as possible. But some time the situation goes beyond our control when the product goes out of stock as we are selling in multiple platforms. However, we will inform you earlier in this case.
  • If you noticed that the product is not in good condition or if the package is tampered or damaged then please don’t accept the delivery, so they will take back return. Meanwhile you can call us or whatsapp to +91 81488 34200 to report about this. We may make our best efforts for replacement delivery as soon as possible.
  • Once we shipped, we will send you link or docket number so that you can track your package your self.
  • We ship all the orders with invoice mentioning the seller & GST, buyer & GST (if applicable), price and Tax, HSN code as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners

  • We use multiple service providers to ship our products to your destination as available. Mostly we do for South parts of India (DTDC, Professional, ST, Franch Express) / for North parts of India (DTDC, STCS, BlueDart etc)
  • in few cases, the courer service may not be available in your pincode, in that case we will inform you earlier for alternate option

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • We ship your orders only on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. 
  • We make our best effort to ship your order within same day if the order is placed within 3PM. But some time the situation goes beyond our control when the product goes out of stock / courier service not available in your pincode. However, we will inform you earlier in this case.
  • Though we can guarantee the delivery time of 2-5 days based on the courier company standard, it is totally beyond our control because each courier companies have their own methods / intermediate transit locations / climate conditions / vehicle issue etc. in this case the delivery time is not predictable.

Guarantty / Warranty

  • All the items have standard warranty as per the product specification mentinoed in the product page or data sheet of the product.
  • If you have any problem with the ordered item, you can call / whatspp (+91 81488 34200). We will try to resolve from remote or else you can return back to us by courier. Once the returned product reached us we will verify the issue
    • In case of manufacturing defeat we will replace the product with reimburse of the return courier cost
    • In case if the product out of stock and unable to provide replacement, then we will issue 100% refund.
    • In case if the product has been subject to misuse, wrong handle beyond the specification, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, soldered or altered in any way, then warranty is not applicable, and we cannot make refund.
  • We reserves all the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Replacement / Refund

  • Once the order is delivered, we are allowing 5 days time to customer to report us, in case of any issue with the product. You can report us by call / whatspp (+91 81488 34200). We will try to resolve from remote or else you can return back to us by courier.
  • Once mutually confirmed that the prodcut is faulty we will generate return shipping label. You can paste the label and ship back to us.
  • Once you got the rerurn label, the package must be shipped within 2 days.
  • Once the returned product reached us, our engineers will verify the issue
    • In case of manufacturing defeat we will replace the product with free shipping and also reimburse the return courier cost done by customer
    • In case if the product out of stock and unable to provide replacement, then we will issue 100% refund with return courier cost in 1-3 days.
    • In case if the product has been subject to misuse, wrong handle beyond the specification, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, soldered or altered in any way, then warranty is not applicable, and we cannot make refund.
  • We reserves all the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Modify / Cancel Order

  • You can modify an order (add or remove products or change address or change contact number etc) or cancel the order at any time by yourself in our online website, until we shipped the order.
    • If the order is dispatched already then we cannot cancel or alter the order. Still if you need any help, then you can mail us (sales@eproducts.online) or whatsapp (+91 81488 34200) so that we can help you.
    • In case if you want modify the order, but we did not ship the order yet, then we can modify the order for you
    • In case if you want modify the order, but we shipped the order already, then you can have to place new order
    • In case if you want cancel the order, but we did not ship the order yet, then we can cancel the order for you but
      • If payment done by bank/UPI then we can refund 100% full amount in 1 to 3 days.
      • If the payment done by payment gateway or similar then order cancellation may attract 4% to 5% banking charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. (It is because all payment gateway providers collect their commision even though order cancelled and refunded) and also refund time may depends on the payment gateway service providers
    • In case if you want cancel the order, but we have shipped the order already, then we cannot cancel the order, but you can refuse the delivery so that they will return the product back to us. Below mention refund process will be processed only after we received and inspected the package.
      • If payment done by bank/UPI then we can deduce the up and down courier charge and refund the balance amount in 1-3 days
      • If the payment done by payment gateway or similar then we will deduce the up and down courier charges + 4% to 5% banking charges (depend on payment gateway). It is because all payment gateway providers collect their commision even though order cancelled and refunded) and also refund time may depends on the payment gateway service providers
  • We reserves all the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.       

Return Guidelines

  • Once mutually confirmed that the prodcut is faulty we will generate return shipping label. You can paste the label and ship back to us.
  • Once you got the rerurn label, the package must be shipped within 2 days.
  • The return package must has all the accessories if any, as the original packing list that came with your shipment
  • In case if you missed any accessories as per the original packing list you received, then we may charge you for the accessories.

Limits of Responsibility

  • We do not take responsibility if the product is
    • installed in improper way
    • wrong handling
    • wrong electrical supply polarity
    • water or any other liquid log into the product
    • physically damaged
    • modified from original condition (additonal soldering / component removed or modified)
