This small tipping bucket rainfall sensor is a single-function device designed exclusively for monitoring rainfall data. It supports two output options: RS485 and pulse signal. The sensor operates with high sensitivity and minimal measurement error. Its housing features a compact, fully enclosed structure with no moving parts, ensuring zero mechanical wear and a long service life.
This small tipping bucket rainfall sensor utilizes pluse principles to measure rainfall. When raindrops fall onto the sensor’s tipping bucket, the change in the bucket’s tilt angle triggers the internal components to generate a signal, accurately capturing the rainfall amount. Designed to be compact and lightweight, the sensor can be easily held in one hand, making it convenient to carry and install. To meet the diverse requirements of different application scenarios, we offer two model options for your selection.
