Shipping Policies

• To ensure that your order reaches you fast and good condition, we used to ship only through reputed courier companies.
• We are trying our best to complete your order with all the items as soon as possible. But some time the situation goes beyond our control when the product goes out of stock as we are selling in multiple platforms. However, we will inform you earlier in this case.
• If you noticed that the product is not in good condition or if the package is tampered or damaged then please don’t accept the delivery, so they will take back return. Meanwhile you can call us or whatsapp to +91 81488 34200 to report about this. We may make our best efforts for replacement delivery as soon as possible.
• Once we shipped, we will send you link or docket number so that you can track your package your self.
• We ship all the orders with invoice with mentioning the seller & GST, buyer & GST (if applicable), price and Tax, HSN code as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners

• We use Tirupati/Maruti/Franch Express/DTDC/Professional/ST for national orders within india
• We use DHL/Fedex for international orders outside of india
• The shipping party varies depends on the customer location, customer preference, and our pickup location distance
• in few cases, the courer service may not be available in your pincode, in that case we will inform you earlier for alternate option

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

• The handling time is 0-2 days and deliery time is 2-4 days by air or 3-8 days by road.
• If the product you made order in stock we ship your order 99% on the same day.
• We ship your orders only on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. 
• We make our best effort to ship your order within same day if the order is placed within 3PM. But some time the situation goes beyond our control when the product goes out of stock / courier service not available in your pincode. However, we will inform you earlier in this case.
• Though we can guarantee the delivery time of 2-4 days based on the courier company standard, it is totally beyond our control because each courier companies have their own methods / intermediate transit locations / climate conditions / vehicle issue etc. in this case the delivery time is not predictable.
• If your order is back order then we need lead time 2 to 3 weeks to dispatch.
